🔒 Terms & Conditions – Shamack Tattoo

By booking an appointment with Shamack Tattoo (Przemyslaw Malachowski), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both artist and client.
📌 Booking & Deposit Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This amount will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo on your last session.
- Deposits are required for all bookings, including sessions at guest spots, conventions, and private studio work.
- For large-scale or complex 3D concept pieces, a design fee may be required in addition to the deposit. This helps cover the custom design work that takes place before your appointment.
- Design fees are non-refundable and vary depending on the size and complexity of your project.
🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You can reschedule your appointment once if you give at least 14 days’ notice. After that, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations (less than 14 days), or arriving more than 1 hour late without notice will result in a loss of your deposit.
- A new deposit will be required to rebook.
🖋️ Design Policy
- All designs are custom-created based on your consultation and provided references.
- You will see the final tattoo design on the day of your appointment.
- Minor adjustments can be made on the day, but any major changes (e.g., subject matter, composition, or body placement) must be communicated at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- If major changes are requested too late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
🌍 Location-Based Projects (UK & U.S.)
- Shamack tattoos clients in Manchester, UK year-round, and also travels to various U.S. locations for guest spots and conventions.
- U.S. and international bookings may have a different session rate to cover travel, hosting studio fees, and logistics.
- In some U.S. events (e.g. tattoo expos), a separate flat travel deposit (e.g. $500) per day may be required to confirm attendance.
- If Shamack cannot attend a convention or guest spot due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full.
⚠️ Health & Safety
- You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed. Valid photo ID is required at your appointment.
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you’re taking that might affect the tattoo process.
- In some cases, a doctor’s note may be required to proceed safely.
- Do not apply numbing cream before your appointment. If you arrive with numbing cream already applied, you will not be tattooed, and your deposit will be lost. Numbing agents can interfere with skin response and affect the quality of the tattoo.
🎯 Session Commitments
- Please arrive on time, well-rested, hydrated, and ready.
- If you're traveling for a back-to-back session, Shamack will guide you through the healing and aftercare process between days.
- All clients are responsible for aftercare following the tattoo. Instructions will be provided to support healing and ensure the best results.
💬 Communication & Expectations
- Booking a session means you understand and agree to Shamack’s process:
- No designs are sent out before the appointment.
- Consultations happen before booking (online or in person).
- Shamack only takes on projects that fit his creative direction and style.
- All communication should be respectful. Abuse, disrespect, or harassment will result in cancellation without refund.
